PTD Claimants Can Now Be Compensated for PPD Not Previously Awarded

Jeren Jr. of our firm was successful in arguing before the Industrial Commission of Ohio that a claimant who was previously found to be permanently and totally disabled on a psychiatric condition only, and the PTD order specifies that the PTD is based solely on the psyche condition is not prohibited from applying for and receiving an award of permanent partial disability for the physical condition(s) in the claim for which a claimant had not been previously awarded.
